What does success look like when YOU define it? How do your values create the basis for your success? What are the beliefs you are carrying about what works and doesn't, what you are capable of or not. Are you able to celebrate your success? Where do vulnerability, courage, and claiming space figure in the way you set intentions for your life? Where do you need to stand up and speak out, where are you limited by traditional terms of success?

Women truly are the way forward. We have an important, integrative approach to visioning; one that includes all aspects of our lives and allows for all of society to benefit from evolution and growth.

Power in creating businesses or passions, limited by traditional methods of defining success and constrained by beliefs and socially reinforced practices that do not serve humanity, has been limited to a select few for too long. More and more women are stepping up to the task of seeking to understand what it means, in their terms, to take up space, emerge into the light

Self abandonment ends, self trust grows. Women want to do business and be real. They no longer accept the idea that success has limited definition. Their fear of speaking out is lessened by finding their tribe and learning, again, to speak their truth. They want to learn about what they believe and acting on it. They are ready to claim what they are and take that into their work, their homes, their relationships.

It's about taking ownership for themselves, their desires, needs, dreams. It's about holding the space for each other and encouraging the women around them to come forward into the light - of which there is more than enough for all.

Is there any space at all between "too much" and "not enough"? Where are women simply "ok"?

The cool thing about women finding their flow in life is that the ripple effect is enormous, far reaching, inter-generational and endless.
