About Me
I bring 26 years of experience as a Psychotherapist, and mindset coach — and a lifetime of experience as a woman, daughter, sister, wife, parent, friend, carer, and listener. I've worked across cultures, navigated corporate life, survived postnatal depression, lived as a foreigner, raised children, experience loss, endings and rebirth, and kept learning at every turn. That breadth isn't incidental — it shapes how I sit with people and what I understand about the complexity of being human.
I'm drawn to examining the beliefs we carry and updating the coping skills that may have worked in the past but no longer serve us in the present. Growth is about self-awareness, curiosity, holding space for big feelings, making sense of our own evolution, laughing when we can, and shifting — even if it takes a nudge or two — toward the light.
Background
I was born in New Zealand, which remains close to my heart. I spent eight years living and working in Paris, France, and I now work in Sydney, Australia.
I love my work and have a passion for what is available to us all when we reach within.
On top of lots of university-level achievements, I’m a Clinical member of PACFA (Psychotherapists and Counsellors Federation of Australia), so you can be assured I have the qualifications required to put my 26 years of experience into practice.
