The first Authentic Relating Connect class of 2024 focuses on deepening our connection to Self so we may then deepen our connection to Other.

Significant, fulfilling connection and transformation happens when we reach into the Self inside of us first. Connection to Self is pivotal in all our relationships. When it originates from within, what we go looking for in relationship with Other will come from a clearer and cleaner origin. Without connection to Self, love or anything else you have for others will be limited to the extent of your capacity to be with Self. This leads to Other love being based on trying to fill a hole (usually with little success) within us. The route to Love is via Self love. Evolutionary relationships generate from our connection to our Selves, THEN from our connections to Others.

This class is ideal for anyone interested in personal growth, emotional resilience, and enhancing their ability to love more authentically and clearly. No prior experience in Authentic Relating is required.
